I just want to share few my screenshots... It's really good for 10 years old game!
https://flic.kr/s/aHskj9vt2s (vanilla game + nvidia SSAO + MSAA + ReShaDe)
Those screenshots look awesome. Can you describe the graphic changes you made in more detail please?

Nothing special actually... Just force SSAO (Fallout 3 compatibility) and MSAA via Nvidia Inspector, add ReShaDe with custom setting that balance colours (you can find tons presets on web or customize to your personal preferneces).
No screenshot to contribute, but the new version of the game looks incredible when rendered under 2560x1600 VSR mode on my 1920x1200 monitor with driver-forced FSAA turned off--it actually looks far better than the native 1920x1200 mode looks and plays with driver-forced FSAA on, I was surprised to see. I have an R9 380 4GB card running the 16.8.3 Crimsons, and this is one game that definitely looks much better under VSR than native. And of course VSR mode is its own "FSAA" mode--which is why I turn it off in the drivers. nVidia cards have a similar mode. Looks fantastic here!
I have R9 390 too. What should i do to reach that quality?

Go to the display tab in the Crimson interface, and turn on Virtual Super Resolution. After that, fire up the game and from the "Options" menu select "Video" and then select 2560x1600 for the game's resolution (provided your native monitor displays at 1920x1200 or lower)--and you are there. I was really impressed in this game--makes a nice difference.
