I've been playing TQ:AE for a couple of days with no problems whatsoever.
Today, I try to launch the program as usual through GOG Galaxy, and the game displays a black screen then crashes after a couple of seconds. I tried verifying/repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling, launching from the executable, etc.

I'm not running any mods.

I would appreciate the help!

I solved it by adding "-borderless" to the command line parameters.
