I am wondering how you find Herbs in the game as I have a skill called Herbal Remedy & it claims I can find herbs.
Found non so far & in regards to Health Potions I have only ever found sellers with lesser healing potions.

Any tips or help?

The bit about finding Herbs is just flavor text.
Herbal Remedy is pretty straightforward, you use the skill it and for X seconds you get Y Health/second as well as Z Poison Resistance.

As for potions: Higher Level Vendors sell higher level Potions.
I'll also mention that if you regularly find yourself low on potions you probably should reevaluate your build.

Thank you for the information but yea the flavor text is quite misleading.
And the part about my build?

Honestly I was thinking about starting anew because I get killed way to easily against npc's lower level than me.
