Hi,
I was palying TQ 10 years ago. I've got build with -100% cooldown, but it seems to not work anymore.
Is there a decrease like in Diablo 3 or a limit (like -50%) ?

The anniversary edition put a cap to 80% (1/5 of the original cooldown). You can easily mod it away if you do not like it, though.
