Why does the installer say 1.49 when it actually installs 1.48? When will the correct patch be uploaded?

1.48 was released as 1.49 on GOG before the actual 1.49 hit Steam. It's but a typo. No ETA on 1.49(!) but I assume wednesday at the latest.
