You can remap keys, but not mouse buttons. The left and right mouse buttons are hard coded to left and right hand. I use my right mouse button for forward, and I would like to use my thumb button for left hand and LMB for right hand. It does let me remap the Right Mouse Button to forward, but it still picks up and drops items in the right hand because you can't change the key/mouse binding for left and right hand.
