If strength max is 21, strength spell increase stat by 1, some ring increases by 1, how do you get your strength up to 30 for some of the weapons?

You can get a Potion of Strength near the start of the game that adds 10 Strength to a character for apparently as long as the current game session goes - the effect seems to wear off when you exit the game or load another game.
