What is GOG.com refund policy - game is unplayable in current state - way too many soft crashes where game simply hangs on load srenn - in particualr ifd battle is forfeit, or restart - bought this as lead in to Gwent - so, again what is refunf policy or are fixes on the way?

I wouldn't call the game unplayable. It certainly has bugs, but none for them were major ones during my playthrough. Fixes are coming, be patient. Game is totally worth it! :-)

I agree with this, i love gwent, but litteraly, it is unplayable, i'm at a point where it gets stuck every battle and i have to restart, really i hope your "Updates" come before i get sick of this otherwise really tis game is garbage.

I love gwent multiplayer tho, it doesn't soft crash every battle
