The MAhakam Mangler (Deal 2 damage to all units of equal power - Well... It doesnt. It lets you damage 2 units (selected) but not all the units of the same power.)

So, either the description (English) is wrong or the ability is bugged.

Found other bugs, they have been reported.

I also have the same experience. It is not working as described on the card.
