At the end Lyria map, I saved and exit...Now I have no savegame...6 hours lost...
I tried reload cloud saves, but don't work. Please help.

For the moment, it appears that the only solution is to write the the tech support. They might able to fix your save, but more often then not, they will not be able to get you back with the 6 hours you did lose.

You might want to wait for a patch or an update, it might help you with the Cloud.
It appears you are not the only one. As of me, I simply cannot enter the game without crashing it. So finger's crossed !
