Ok, guys I received message from support. I did everything what was on below list and game is fine right now.

1. Install DirectX, June 2010.
2. After unpacking run installation process by DXSETUP.exe.
3. Next download and run DirectX Web Installer
Support says that installation of older DirectX archives extends library and do not overrite newer DirectX.
4. At the end update drivers of graphic card and integrated graphic.

Sorry for my English. I hope this solution may help also You.
Good luck.

PS.(I wanted to post links but it is not possible right now, You have to google for everything)

Those instructions are on support site, so they gave you basic solution. I did this when i've istalled Thronebreaker, and it changed nothing.
Still i have no answer from support about my question.
Here is information about patches for Gwent and T: https://twitter.com/pawelburza/status/1057188392235089920

This is Flying Circus...Buy game in October, wait 2 months for playable version.

Great... just great.
Game developers answered me. They said they know about this problems and working on it. I think we will play someday.
The same issue. In the first Mahakam battle. Can't play further for at least a week :/
Ok guys. I've got answer. Support man told me, that i should read minimal requirements for this game, and my computer doesn't meet those. It's all my fault and in this situation im not entitled to a refund. So guys. It's only our fault.

And I forget and another thing - my situation is exceptional, no one more have those problems.

LULZ FOR ALL DAY. No comment for this...

I have the same problem for 2 days
Well, I didn't contact the Support with my issue, but in case if solution is "a bad computer", like them replied to Thornilav, it would be kinda weird. I play Thronebreaker and Gwent (in Gwent this bug appears only in the Shop, when I press "Quit", and no bugs in the game process!) on MacBook Pro 2011 15' via BootCamp (here: using licensed Windows 10 Pro).
The MBP is:
+ i7-2675QM (check)
+ 8 Gb RAM (check)
+ Win 10 64-bit (check)
? AMD Radeon HD6770M (yes, the graphics card is older than minimal R7 240, but tbh they are pretty similar, and the 6770M is even better in raw performance, than R7 240)
Mb I should contact to the support and see their answer/solution. But I think we (bughavers) are waiting enough and I hope CDPR will fix this issue soon.
