I haven't noticed a new patch in a while - do you know if they are still adding content or fixing things or is this game 'complete' ?

I don't think they're patching it any more, because I know a bug that seems to have been in the game forever that's still around. It's the bug with the logging camp choices in act 4. It's not gamebreaking though. The game is still perfectly playable.
