It's running really slow on my pc. The graphics page only shows a premium card toggle option. Is there a way to turn down settings to medium or low?

You should check the options while you are in the main menu. It only allows changing advance settings there.

Didn't know there was an advanced settings in the main menu only. thnks you helped me a lot, didn't want to play on 15fps.
