I've had to clear cache on Google Play and cache+data on Thronebreaker, uninstalling the app totally, restarting my phone, redownloading the full app and data (~4.5gb), then getting hung for 24 hrs on the language pack downloading halfway.

Does this app pull data from GOG or Google Play Store servers? The connection seems to be the problem. Every time there's a stutter it breaks. Considering the whole thing takes hours to download, this stutter is probable for many customers. Why can't it store the data that's already downloaded so that when it fails it can just resume? Actually I think this is trying to happen since I've tried restarting after a hangup without clearing the cache+data and it will return to the same hangup screen and same progress bar numbers, but it just never resumes downloading. Maybe one day I will get to play in Spanish on my phone...
