Well, I have the OS it was originally made for (WinXP) and a current Linux.
Has anyone tested whether GOG's package does run with one of those?

Note that I am on OS X (10.7.5) , but the game runs great for me on WINE (I used WINE 2.5 with extra patches to get around the graphical flashing bug that is Mac-specific, through Wineskin). In fact, the game runs great in WINE even on a 64 MB GMA 950.

Reports on the AppDB are also positive (albeit very old).

Edit: I'm fairly confident that it would work for your setup. If it'll work on my setup it should work for just about everyone.
