The black flickering (prison_alpha.webm) really is annoying, i must almost say epilepsy inducing. Performance also tanks quite heavily. I removed it. I assume there are more flickering images like this.

I do appreciate trying to have a nice effect, but this approach should get definitely reworked. Maybe try something else.
