There's been a lot of condescension and passive-aggressive behavior in the general forum, so it's really nice to see that at least some of the newer staff members are 'good apples.' Thank you. =)
katatonicone: Well, not a problem at all. I will try to help whenever it is possible. As I can see it, sometimes it just that we cannot reveal too much even if we know something that we would be glad to share with you. Aggressive behaviour coming from "blues" is surely unacceptable. I hope the situation and our interaction in a meningful way improves :)
I can only speak from my experience but I have always found GOG staff to be extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I love them ALL :)
