The developers disbanded before it was done. It was on the cancelled games list, was a "to do title", once... Too bad, it would be great! There is a mode named like this, though, but i have never tested it. Maybe you want to try?

some alpha content has been released on TTLG, but it's pretty much just a few bare levels with vague descriptions of the story and some concept art. no voiceovers or anything like that.
