First of all, this isn't that bad of an issue, I'm just bugged by the tinniest and meaningless things. I just want to know if anyone else has this tiny issue.

In the level 'Strange Bedfellows' as you are going down the ladder from the chapel area to the cave area, the ladder (for me at least) seems to have a missing texture or something on it.

Does anyone else get this issue? I tried on another computer, and it's still missing.

Do you know, I think I noticed this when I played years ago with my disc version. I could just be retro-inserting memories though. Still, rang a bell when I looked at the image you posted. No answer on correcting it.

Yeah, I got that as well. I was wondering why that ladder was purple until I thought about missing textures.

Not sure if it can be missing textures - Thief 1 and 2, I think, both used a default texture that was a chequer pattern of yellow and pink (check out the secret "mission" that takes you on a walk around Bafford's where the devs showcased some of the creation tools and mistakes the made). I think it more likely they just made a mistake in the original game. I've found a few issues in my past romps that are still there. Notably in TG when you run through the Thieves guild there is a parchment placed backwards outside the restaurant door, and a bookshelf placed with the front towards a wall so you cannot see if anything is in it (I guess not). Ladders placed back to front in places. Just something that happened. Maybe LG didn't have a continuity checking team.

The ladders are special objects I think. Anyone compare ladders from another level to see what they are supposed to look like?
