Its very infrequent but it happens during crucial moments in the game.

I got a crash happened to me while I was trying to save the game.

Now my save file is gone and all the progress I made lost. I was at the Hammerite Cathedral when it happened.

Anyway to fix this, and this is using the Sneaky Upgrade mind you which is insane since I thought this was the fan patch that fixes whatever bugs this game has.
