Hi! I encountered this problem with Thief 2 where everything is fine until I start the first mission and the game is running, you can move, the sound is there, but the screen is all black. Actually, I think the screen is actually there, but on a tiny little square on the upper left corner on the monitor.

I had this problem with Thief Gold as well, but that TFix on the sticky worked wonders. I tried this Tafferpatcher for Thief 2, but it doesn't help.

Can anyone help with something, please.

open cam_ext.cfg in the game folder and change the line ;d3d_disp_no_rgb10_buf to d3d_disp_no_rgb10_buf

Thank you! I found another simpler way to fix the problem though - by not using my integrated Intel video card, but the dedicated Nvidia (playing on a laptop). Much appreciated for the fix, maybe it can help someone else.
