Hey folks,

This is the third time I've purchased the game since I've played the demo over a decade ago!

Question: rundll32.exe leeches a great amount of cpu power when I double click on the Thief 2 executable.

I have successfully installed the game and the tafferpatch for T2 however the only issue I am encountering now is only the rundll32.exe issue.

I use task manager to bottle it prior to launching the game (which it successfully does), however I want to avoid having to do this whenever I play.

Any insight as to how or why rundll32.exe plays up like this and is this issue prevalent with other older game/apps whereby a feasible solution exists to resolve it?
