Sorry if this is in the sticky. I downloaded Thief Gold and the patch GOG put out. All menus and videos load fine. When I go into the actual game though the screen is pitch black except a tiny spot in the top left corner. I've messed around with all the video settings and resolutions and nothing is working.

Hoping to get a response from you, voodoo47. What is the "intel fix"? I am having this exact problem. Downloaded Thief Gold through GOG galaxy and the screen is black in the gameplay with just a tiny square portion appearing in the upper left. Adjusting visual settings doesn't work. Can still hear the audio and controls are responsive.

Any solutions? Thanks!

Tried those solutions. Both my Thief: Gold and Thief 2 are having the same exact problem. The menus are working fine in game, but when I get to the actual gameplay the screen is all black with the exception of a small square in the upper left corner that remains visible.

Any other options to try? Thanks!

do TFix full and answer "yes" when prompted about the safemode.
