So i installed both Thief 1 and 2 with the new GoG installers. A while back i tried reinstalling them with the older .exes from GoG and there was some horrid mouselag...looked like it was having framerate issues despite none actually dropping, just the mouse movement resembled that.

But anyway, the new installer for Thief 1 worked well for me, no mouse movement issues for me. But for Thief 2, the mouselag/framerate drop issue occured again, and i dunno how to fix it.

Could anybody please help me with this issue, its really distracting for me.

KK so i solved the problem. You need to enable d3d_disp_limit_gpu_frames 1 1 in cam_ext.

This should have been enabled with the actual installer, i hope someone from GoG sees this and fixes this mistake.

looks like the cfg's could use a bit of tweaking - will dload the latest version of T2, have a look around, and give the GOG support a call if necessary.
