I've just installed the SNEAKY UPGRADE for thief 3 which allows me to play the game in widescreen. I was wondering if there is a mod or a tweak that changes the sound files to OPENAL like NewDark does to the first two games, thus allowing users to play with EAX enabled without having an EAX card.

Hello There,

I tried to get the EAX setting working with my ASUS Xonar Essence ST which you can see in this thread: http://www.gog.com/forum/thief_series/thief_deadly_shadows_eax

But unfortunately it did not work. I don't think we will get a solution anytime soon, it would be nice if the source code was discovered like Thief 1 & 2 : )
