I had theme hospital running with CorsixTH but at level 5 it keeps crashing and coming up with errors so i bought the game from gog.com earlier today. is there any way i can transfer the save file from corsixth to load on the gog.com version? i dont really want to start from scratch...

CorsixTH save files are not compatible with regular TH. That said you can skip levels in classic with the cheats and start at level 5. Change your dosbox config in the [Autoexec] section where it says hospital to say hospital -L 5. Play, save your game, then change it back.

Also it would be helpful to the Corsix people if you tell them about the issues you were encountering.
