Hi everyone, I'm a new user and a new GOG lover.
As topic subject says, I wanted to know if Theme Hospital runs under Windows10 without problems (with problems I mean downloading other programs that allow it to run).

The game uses DosBOX to emulate the MS-DOS operating system, and so will work on any current version of Windows. You only need to install the game, GOG has already set up DosBOX within the installer, so don't worry about having to download it separately and setting it up yourself.

The save function doesnt work? has anyone else had this on windows 10? Otherwise runs great!
