Sometimes the door disappears on certain rooms, and neither docs nor patients can enter the room, they just get stuck there.
Any solutions ?

I've had this problem before, I think it's just a game glitch. There's a few of them unfortunatley. The best I can suggest it just to make sure you frequently save and if someone gets stuck, Delete the room and either movie it (if this keeps happening to the same room) or re-build it where it was before. Try moving the door to a different place, sometimes the game just doesn't like where you put things. Hope that helps!
