And I'm sooo proud of myself :-) After all those years of starting all over again, I've finally managed to beat all 12 levels. Frankly, last levels weren't as hard as expected, probably I've gained some managerial skills since 1998 :-)

Now it's time to start on 'hard' for the first time ever :-) Can you share experience about playing on 'hard'?

Now, about Difficulty Level.......
Let me copy a part from page 55 of the game manual :
[i]''Despite indications to the contrary, the only difficulty level available is “MEDIUM.” Setting the
level has no bearing on game performance or AI.''[/i]

I think it's another joke from the people at Bullfrog........

It has some bearing, at least according to the files. I checked out some hard files, and you need more research before getting up to 100%. It starts lower than on Medium. So it may be harder to go through the early years without deaths.
