Hi,

I have some questions concerning the salary increase you get when you advance to the next level. What determines the salary you are offered for promotion? I suppose it is related to how well you are doing in the current hospital - at least when I do not accept a promotion, I often get offered a higher salary when the promotion is re-offered after some time.

(1) Does anyone know which factors affect the salary precisely?

(2) Is it only based on the current level's progress, or is your final salary larger when you spend more time in the early levels for getting a better salary offer?

If the salary persists over levels, I might play through the game staying a few extra years in each hospital and ending up with an extra-large final salary.
The salary promotion is actually your score from the end of the year report. I unfortunately do not know what affects your score. But what I do know however is that your salary promotion does not affect the amount of money you receive in the next levels, in case you were wondering about that, I know that we did wonder about that when we were kids and when we played the game we tried to stay in a finished hospital for a couple years thinking we'd get more money at the start of the next level.
