This may seem like a pretty basic question, but I'm a bit stumped. How do you rotate objects in the Mac version of Theme Hospital? I have no right click button and the equivalent (cmd-click) simply enables me to click on things outside of the game window. Spacebar also does nothing. Is there something I'm missing?

I've not tried it on a Mac personally, but when I used one, I found that for some games ctrl-click would work rather than cmd-click. Maybe that'd work...?

I found that control + two finger tap works for my trackpad. Are you using a trackpad or a mouse?
I'm having the same issue. I can pick stuff up once I've placed it but no combination of keys is giving me the ability to rotate items. I'm using a trackpad on a macbook pro & have tried cmd-click, ctrl-click, finger tapping with those keys, arrow keys with a combination of trackpad, cmd, ctrl. Nothing.

Early on in the game this won't be an issue as you get loads of space but later on when space is a premium it's going to be pretty integral, plus patients get stuck in badly designed hospitals!
I'm having the same problem nothing works at all. I'm wondering if I might just have to find an old mouse somewhere but that's still pretty annoying. There must be a way surely.
I'm on a macbook pro, and I can rotate objects by clicking the trackpad with two fingers. I guess whatever way you have your system set up to right-click would work.

I believe this is the ticket. If anyone's having trouble with this, try going to System Preferences, then "Trackpad" or "Mouse", then the "Point & Click" heading, and look for whatever you have for "Secondary Click". That worked for us.
