Is there any other way to buy Theme Hospital without using a credit card or visa or debit? Is there like a "prepaid card" you may buy from a store and redeem to use to buy things here like SteamPowered. I dont like using credit cards so can anyone please help me out.

Well no, there is a gifting thread in the main forum. Problem is you are new and TH isn't currently on sale so your chances aren't really good at getting someone to gift it to you but I honestly can't think of another way. My best advice would be post your situation in that thread:

You could also create a new bank account, get a Visa card for for that account and use that one for payment on the internet. Before you buy something, just transfer money to that new account.

Plenty of stores sell Prepaid Visa cards and such. They should work just like a debit card (haven't tested though). Unfortunately, its either that or getting someone to gift the game to your or exchange for Steam gift keys.

They don't (be sure to thank your Congressmen & Senators). There's Paysafecard. I haven't attempted it myself and at least one US user is unable to find a place to purchase them.
