Or is it extremely frustrating that you can place bins in pretty much every room that the patients go in, but not out in the hallways where people just love to drop their garbage? I guess it's another way to encourage you to have as high a turnover rate as possible with the patients, but I have to say it's incredibly gamey.

Otherwise, it's a great game. It's way more fun than any hospital management sim (if you can indeed call it a sim) has any right to be.

Apparently, if you place the bins next to the doors or around the area the patients spend most of their time in any given room, they will be significally more effective.
..I thought they were just cosmetic. I guess a lot of things I thought were just cosmetic really aren't.
I thought more stuff in the room made the patients and doctors happier and that this was the only purpose of bins.
