Yes it is, I could change it to French (text and audio). You have to change a line in hospital.cfg

It doesn't work to me, the game doesn't want to start after the change. :\

I did instant purchase. I was trying to get TH to work on Win 7 64bit a month ago, had to use a patch for it to load. Still was glitchy. So seeing it on GoG.. hope its smooth sailing. =) Tho I did have it working before on win 7
