Judging by a quick search, this question hasn't been asked yet.

Anyway, this might seem a basic issue, but I can't find a way of changing the movement keys from the arrows to WASD. Such a change would make the game more comfortable to play. Any ideas how I might accomplish this?

You could try to do that with the keymapper in DosBox by pressing CTRL-F1.
