Okay, this is going to sound stupid and it is, but... I can't find a way to exit the game.

No, seriously. I tried pressing ESC to bring up a menu. Nothing. Tried all the buttons, nothing.

Am I missing something or do I have a bug?

IIRC, you have to move the mouse to the top of the screen, then click the left-most menu and HOLD down the mousebutton until it hovers over Quit. It's somewhere in the that top menu at least.
