I believe that saves are located in the following area:
C:\GOG Games\Theme Hospital\SAVE

You will need to enter the same nickname after you reinstall for the game to pick up the same savegames.

Actually, I'm using it on MAC and there is no save folder :(
I tried copying all contents and pasting it back but it didn't work.

Any other solutions ?

Thanks.

Q: Where can I find my Boxer (DOS) game's save files?
To access your saved games, go to Applications -> Terminal
In Terminal, paste, or type in, the following line and press Enter (Return):
open ~/"Library/Application Support/Boxer/Gamebox States"
Find your game's folder. The package containing your save files is located inside.
