I know about Android port (first one if fake, than legal one - but both now removed from Google Store). Is iOS port also released?
Of course, this all is un-official ports from un-official sourceport-mod CorsixTH. No any official versions, so this forum is not related to what you use. You use not a Theme Hospital itself.

Or did you use some DOS emulator (dosbox fork?)? What exactly? I can find only DOS consoles app that almost not-functional really. Just dos environment\interface.

Did iOS have PlayStation (1) emulator? Than it be better solution, i guess.
