For those wondering... yes there is a HD mod...in the likes of the HD HoMM3...This Mod was last updated 26/06/22 and has all the whistles and bells you'de want in a HD version of Theme Hospital.

And there is many things still not implemented. Mostly for campaign-mode. Readme didnt list all of them, Wiki have more.
I didnt test 6.6 version. Two versions ago Earthquakes work wrong - they first implement it as random thing for non-campaign maps-missions, than add it as map-based. Both at same time. As result they happend each after each. Some minor features with them not implemented (for patients, no announce for earthquake).

And no multplayer as it listed in Readme. So for campaign and for MP best version is patched Windows one (not included in GOG or EA-Origin\App versions). Or maybe fr singleplayer - Playstation version.

Nw graphics been contributed-compiled few times by some forum members. But it now lost along with forum. Someone mentioned in readme for sourcecode of new graphics, but no compiled version there on github. And new graphics required for some new features - randomly spawned patients not originally spawned normally.

CorsixTH doesn't imply directly that it's an HD Mod .
If i haven't searched the Web for a HD mod for this game, i wouldn't never know that name was associated with what i want.
Any problem with me pointing the direction to it by saying what it is? Jeez.....People just get triggered by anything...
I'm not getting points, or status, or money for posting this, why are you going out of your way just to tell that there was already a post about it?

Yeah, it's not perfect at all...but just the fact that you can play the game with different resolutions and zoom functions, just that makes it worth it.

and transparent walls :) although half-functioning rats... But yeah, many cool things. Heat system revorked, but that still unclear for me how it work and if that good or bad (heat based on season of the year, still no all function implemented so over-heat boiler malfunctioning is randomized). Old Windows version looks broken at all, not sure about DOS.

windows version winmain.exe is only one allow level-skip launch argument (-L**). Original (DOS\WIN\PS) have MULTI (+Svenska) voice over (also on GOG\Origin), original also been localised to at least japanese, chinese and russian (with un-official polish, but that one without dubbing as i remember). CorsixTH localised to new languages, thats true, but no MULTI voice over support. It can take one from main game, but to get russian\chinese\japanese you need localised CD version SND-* file.

Now i see you came for indulgence...and a bit of ignorance...I posted the link because when i came to the forum, i didn´t associated the name CorsixTH to an HD Mod, so i had to look in the web.

So my post is to those who come here in search of the same topic and don't want to scroll through endless conversations of nerdly arguments about technical features just to know it's what they want.

Your're the one who came to my post to shit on the fact that i'm just keeping it simple by naming the Mod for what it is so other can immediatly know what and where to find it.

Nearly every player? wow what an elite...the world doesn't revolve around TH and CorsixTH so i guess there's room for 79957997 billon humans who didin't knew about it. Sorry to post in your exclusive forum and perturbed you immaculate status of the Holy Sticky about CorsixTH.
