Earlier this year I was playing Theme Hospital in 4:3 aspect ratio no problem. I'm thinking Windows 10 made some updates but now I can't play the game fullscreen without it stretching to widescreen.
To test it out, I installed Wing Commander, another old game that relies on DOSbox. I'm having the same issue with WC, and that's another game I used to play in 4:3. Has anybody figured out any fixes?
