There was an early-ish patch released which was included in most recent disk versions and the famous pregnant lady add-on. Was wondering if they're included in this version...

What. How have I never heard of the pregnant ladies addon?!
I'd still prefer a patch which makes multiplayer easy but that does sound cool.

I found the info here. I think GOG's version is patched since I can play multiplayer...

The multiplayer patch was official so it should be included. The pregnancy patch was a fan patch, so GOG's policy would be to not include it.
