I keep getting the message "You cannot use this version of the application Theme Hospital with this version of Mac OS X"

I have updated everything on my laptop and still no luck! My Mac is a MAC OS X version 10.5.8

Can anyone help please? I've just seen in another thread that my version might be too old to support it, so downloaded the Boxer app? Still not having any luck :(
