Hi guys,

1. We added an option to enable/disable the display of interactive icons in Fixed Camera mode.
2. The interface of options/controls is now more user-friendly.

2. We fixed some small fixed camera problems that we encountered on UltraWide 32:9 monitors.
3. We added a new sound effect to the courtyard area (to one of the fixed camera angles).

Hi guys,
We hope you had a great Halloween! Update 1.0.8 is now available.

1. You can now select Hard mode from the very beginning.
The special puzzles are now available only on Professional mode.

2. We updated the start inventory to 4 available slots on Easy, Normal and Hard difficulties.

3. We fixed a small problem that we had in v1.0.7 update.

Version 1.0.7 Archive

1. You can now select your preferred camera mode before loading the cleared save date. This will allow you to continue New Game+ in the selected camera angle.

Note: Within a [Cleared] file selected press left or right to select new mode.


2. On Easy and Normal difficulties all items dropped now doesn't cost anymore spiritual essence . You can now drop them anywhere and pickup them at the Ploutus Box.
Hardcore players that play on Hard and Professional are not affected by this change.

3. The divine chalices now doesn't take anymore space from inventory. They are now viewed as special items just like flashlight is.
Note: When there are more than one item on that slot, a red arrow pointing UP will appear, press UP while in that slot to navigate through the items.

Note to players that played the game already:

If the divine chalices are not in your inventory, you need to get them once again for it to show up in the special slot. If the divine chalices are already in your inventory they will be showed now in the special slot.

4. Fixed an issue that prevents unlocking Sci-Fi Casual Costume when finishes traveler ending on hard or professional difficulties.

5. We fixed 99% of the blinking lights that appears to all people that use Radeon video cards.

6. We optimized the following levels to run at a higher FPS on Steam Deck and PC:
Inside Mansion Backyard, Cemetery 1 (OTS) Cemetery 2 (FC), Garden B, and Village.

7. We made the tabbing out (Alt+Tab) faster and more responsive by pausing the game.

Highly appreciated update! But unfortunately i'm italian and my language version is still 1.06 :-( When will 1.08 be available for my language?

Thank you for the inquiry and sorry for the delay into my reply.

The game is already updated to the version 1.0.8. Please make sure that the auto update checkbox is marked.
You could also try to change to English and wait for the update to finish before changing back to your own language. Changing the language will force to update. Another solution is to click on the game and check for updates.

Please let me know if this problem is solved or if you need more help.

Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year to you all!

It's been over 1 year from the full release of Them and Us. As a celebration of this milestone and to give thanks to our players, we have made and added a new costume for Alicia as well as a little surprise for our heroine. This will be available every Christmas from Dec 6 to January 6!

Hi TendoGames, I would like to point out that in the library of GOG users who own your game, in the download section you can choose your preferred language and then download the relevant offline installer. For all languages other than English, the installer reports 1.0.6 as the game version, in fact I downloaded the Italian one and completed the game in this version. Checking the Steam version of the game, I could see that it was a newer version, so going back to my GOG account I noticed that the English version is at version 1.1.1. I decided to download it in order to play the game in this updated version albeit not in my native language, and I did not expect that from the offline installer in the options tab you could choose the language! Nice surprise, but I had to download the offline installer twice and wasted a lot of data traffic, I am a user who does not have broadband but only a mobile with limited traffic. Maybe it would be good for you to report this to GOG so that only the updated multilingual installer is left?

I also hope for another game of yours in the same genre, although it has its flaws (which I found in version 1.0.6 and I have already seen that some of them have been fixed!) I really enjoyed your game, I have been a fan of the genre since the early days and I have been waiting for years for a game worthy of the legacy of the classics, Them and Us certainly is, so I am sure that a second work of yours would definitely be another gem.

today I noticed in my GOG library the notification of an update available for a game, it was for Them and Us. Checking, I saw that the offline installers seem to be the same as before, with the same versions that I had also reported here. In the “More” tab always unavailable “Changelog” (why? That would be the place for collecting changelogs of all updates), so I checked gogdb.org, it turns out that Them and Us has been updated:

Build added: 58007798927169354 - 2024-10-12

Download changed: Installer, Them and Us Bundle, Windows, en
Version 1.1.1 ⇒ 1.1.1, Size 28.8 GB ⇒ 28.8 GB - 2024-10-13

other than the build number, nothing seems to have changed...but has it really?
