I just started playing Thea 2. Occasionally I saved the game and wondered why I could not see the names of my previously saved games in the save game dialog. But never mind.
Next day I started Thea 2 to continue playing and found out that the load game button is greyed out. WTF?! I can't load any save game. If I look into folder GOG Galaxy/Games/Thea 2 The Shattering/Thea2_Data/Profiles/<my number>/Save/ there are many folders with my save game names and inside the folders are SAV and TXT files with content because file size is > 0 bytes.
So why is the game unable to find and load its own save games?? Is there a hidden setting somewhere to activate game loading?

For some reason I do not understand an outdated version was installed. Some days ago GOG installed a patch for Thea 2: The Shattering. And today another patch was installed for a game which got the last patch on March, 19th 2020 if I'm right. This is ridiculous! Why is Thea 2 not installed with the latest patch available after buying it? I have never experienced such strange behaviour before. Really weird!


I have 2.0601.0679 installed now. I wonder if this is the latest version...
