Did you know that it's possible to recruit the Dwarf Bandit during a random event? I don't know the exact conditions, but you have to win an argument, share your food, and then win a difficult 3v2 battle. When I got the option, he mentioned something about the fact that we worshiped Lada at the time, but I don't know if that means it's Lada-only, or if there are similar versions for other gods.

Anyway, unique/rare/special creatures could be allowed to dual wield without breaking too much. I bring Dwarf Bandit up because the art shows two swords or daggers. (Come to think of it, there aren't any dagger weapons in the game, not that the crafting tree really needs more bloating, but you know.)

You must Lada as your god (as you correctly noticed) - I didn't encounter the option for any other god yet and I have tried about half of them. You can update it here if you find out more (spoiler warning for that link).

The bullet point for the bandit joining is nested under "Sorry, we don't need one". That's off.

The duel is really mean, too. Not getting the first turn or having the wrong card in the Tactics pile can ruin everything. Even if you win, you might have a casualty.
