So this game worked great on my Windows Surface Pro 3 for a few days. Now when I launch it the resolution is such that I can only see about 60% at the center of the screen, and it is stretched/distorted significantly. How can I adjust this, as the distortion is such that I can't see any settings buttons?

I have tried reinstalling the game and restarting my computer.

Have you tried Alt - Enter. That may put it into windowed mode. Them maybe you can drag the corners out to max it. Just a work around.
I tried my self. I think it will work. After you get to windowed mode you should be able to see the optiions menu.
