While playing offline, i see WHENEVER Triss is your opponent, and she happens to receive a quest with ANY other color than blue (like blue and purple), she is NEVER going to complete it, even after countless turns. She must be programed to collect only blue tokens. Or immediately spend other colors.
Yeah, I can confirm this. In my last offline game Triss ended with exactly 0! points, and that's just because her first quest card required to collect one blue and one purple proof. And due to this clear programming fail she ended the game with 4 blue proofs instead...

Not that it is the only one AI related problem here. In the same game Yarpen leveled my Geralt with the second finished quest, and his third quest was probably the easiest one for him (considering his Sing skill) - collecting 13 coins.
Instead of speeding to an easy win with a big margin he decided to start collecting proofs at random, never used Sing at all just because there was an injury marker on it, so I had to finish his disgraceful agony by completing my third quest.

Sometimes I have a feeling, that we are actually still in the beta phase, and some urgent patches fixing some very important things (mainly the missing save feature) are really badly needed.

To be honest, naturally, the game is evolving as of yet (and it probably is going to be, for a long time)...
Yes, it is perfectly possible, that after some time the game will be fully playable without any of these bothersome issues, I am just wondering there are so many of them at the time of the initial release (both offline and online). Especially after so long beta period, where I expected most of them would be found and fixed.
Although as I know during beta there were some even bigger problems, which were already eliminated, still I found it strange, that the game was at the end released even though one character is now fully unplayable by AI in offline mode, and online mode is also very suboptimal because of frequent disconnections.

So it really looks like we got actually GOG`s own Early Access game stealthily masked as fully debugged final product.
My working theory (which may or may not be true) is, that developers were pushed by the cardboard game publisher to release both products at the same time in order to catch Xmas sales period. And that lead to the current situation, when not yet finished game had to be rushed, and got out to the public earlier than what would be ideal.

The AI in the offline games is definitely something to fix, at least at a decent level. In the image of this post there is an endgame recap, 5 quests goal, I played with Geralt of Rivia. The results speak for themselves: A TON of tokens not used by characters controlled by AI, quests unfinished, etc. Basically, the characters don't spend the tokens in a logical way (except from side quests and support quests), and movements/wounds management is pretty suicidal (and bad for the Human player too, because too much Foul Fate cards have effects on the player too). The result is a game where in the end the human player always wins the game, while the AIs are stuck with the foul fate/wounds management, without completing main quests (so no chance of victory).
Hope this issues are among the priorities of the devs team, because the games offline works but it is very boring and pointless with such poor AIs....

p.s. and PLEASE, fix the blank background bug, it is there from the first days of the BETA! :/
