Hi guys can someone explain to me why the game won't launch, its downloaded and updated itself but everytime I play I get a black screen for a couple of seconds then it goes back to the menu, can someone advise me please :( ?

I'm in the same boat as you. Even contacted support, no response from them yet, and that was Tuesday.

Ok I will let you know if I hear anything, and will you let me know as well because I have contacted GOG

Installed 10 mins ago, 2 reboots, click Play game, it tries to launch then fails to run game. Not good
