After installing some mods (merged witch Witcher Script Merger) the game wouldnt want to launch.

I tried to deinstall these mods, i cheked my Save-File and reinstall the game and it still wont start.

Do someone have an Idea what can i do next?

Backup your saves and delete this folder and everything in it:
%userprofile%\Documents\The Witcher 3

Also, not directly related but still - never install to any windows sys folders like Program Files due to conflicting rights.
