Good morning all,

New system will not launch Witcher 3. When the 'Play' button is pressed, the monitor goes black for about 15 seconds and then reverts back to whatever was on the screen when I pressed Play.

I have verified the install and also reinstalled the software. All other software (CIV V, Battelfield 1, Word, Excel, Bonic, etc) runs without issue. The system specs are:

Win 10 Pro 64 bit
i9-9900K
32GB RAM (soon to be 64GB)
GPU 1: NVidia RTX 2080 Ti (game would run off this one)
GPU 2: NVidia GTX 980

The Event Log is indicating an issues with a 'ntdll.dll' file. Some lines from the Event Log:

Exception Code: 0xc0000005
Fault Offset: 0x000000000003f24b
Faulting Process ID: 0x2fd58
Faulting Module Path: C:\Windows\System32\ntdll.dll

Any suggestions?

I'm on Win 10, GTX 1080 and driver 417.35. Witcher 3 runs beautifully. Of course, that's not to say that other people don't have issues. Hardware differs with virtually every PC. I've heard the same about different drivers. It seems a lottery with newer drivers, that's for sure.
